Property – Property coverage provides protection for permanent structures listed on the policy. The building, completed additions, permanently-installed fixtures, machinery and equipment, outdoor fixtures, and business personal property, including stock are all included in this definition. Although Property coverage would seem like a cut and dry coverage, there is more to it than you may realize.

General Liability – This coverage protects your business from claims arising from alleged bodily injury, personal injury or property damage liability. It includes protection for services you render or products you sell. Coverage payments can include judgments, attorney fees, court costs, or other related expenses. Liquor Liability DOES NOT cover these type of claims.

Commercial Automobile A commercial auto policy can provide a combination of liability protection and physical damage coverage for loss due to damage to vehicles owned, maintained, or used by you. Additional coverages such as medical payments and uninsured motorist protection can be purchased to "customize" the policy to fit your business.  There are other coverages available that are needed to protect you from suits that may arise from delivery services, or complimentary cab rides.

Workers' Compensation – State law requires that every employer provide Workers Compensation insurance for their employees. This insurance provides coverage for accidents or disease arising from employment as prescribed by state laws. Benefits can include lost wages, medical expenses, and permanent disfigurement/disability payments.

Special Events – Provides protection for businesses against bodily injury or property damage suits brought by parties injured as a result of an intoxicated guest who was served alcohol at an event you hosted. Host liquor liability is a coverage that is often times included under the commercial general liability policy for those businesses not ‘in the business of' serving, manufacturing, distributing, selling, serving or providing alcohol.
